3. Data Storage

All data processed by HeartChat AI is stored locally on your device:

• Chat Screenshots: Screenshots you upload are processed on-device using Apple's Vision framework and are never transmitted to external servers.
• Conversation History: Your conversation history is stored only on your device and can be deleted at any time from Settings.
• AI Processing: All AI reply generation happens on-device or through secure, anonymized API calls that do not store your data.

We do not maintain external databases or servers containing your personal data.

4. No Account Required

HeartChat AI does not require account creation or registration. You can use the app immediately without providing any personal information.

This means there is no account data, login credentials, or user profiles stored anywhere.

5. Third-Party Services

HeartChat AI uses the following services:

• Apple Vision Framework: Used for on-device text recognition (OCR) from screenshots. All processing happens locally on your device.
• AI Services: May use third-party AI services for reply generation. These services process data in an anonymized manner and do not store your conversations or screenshots.
• RevenueCat: Used for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Only purchase history is processed, not personal data.

6. Data Security

While we do not collect personal data, we take reasonable measures to ensure that local data storage is secure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can delete all stored data at any time through the app's Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

You have full control over your data:

• Delete conversation history anytime from Settings
• Clear all app data by deleting and reinstalling the app
