Privacy Policy for Hole-y Moly!

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Introduction

Hole-y Moly! is a virtual reality game for Meta Quest, made by Navid Mirzaaghazadeh (Nav Studio). You steer a hole through a toy city and swallow everything that fits.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Hole-y Moly! handles, where it stays, and your rights as a user. In short: we do not collect, sell or share any personal information.

2. Information We Collect

None. Hole-y Moly! has no account and sends nothing about you to us:

  • No name, email address, Meta user ID or other personal information.
  • No analytics, tracking, advertising or crash-reporting services.
  • No voice, camera, room or body data. The game reads your controllers and hand positions only to let you play, on the headset, while you play.
  • No cookies.

3. Your Progress

  • Your best score and stars for each level, the levels and hole skins you have unlocked, whether you own the full game, whether you have seen the how-to-play screen, and your settings (music, sound effects, camera follow, hole skin) are stored on your headset only.
  • Your progress is not sent to us, not shared with anyone and not used for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Meta Horizon Store
Hole-y Moly! is free to download. The first levels are free; the full game is a one-time in-app purchase through the Meta Horizon Store. Payment is handled entirely by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy; we never see your payment details. The game asks Meta's store whether your account owns the unlock and remembers the answer on your headset.
  • Vercel
The game's files are delivered from our web host, Vercel. Like any website, its servers briefly process your device's IP address and basic request details to deliver those files and keep the service secure. We do not use this to identify you.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Your progress is kept in the app's own storage on your headset.
  • We do not run a server that stores user data, so there is nothing of yours for us to hold or lose.
  • Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your headset's settings, removes your progress.

6. Children's Privacy

Hole-y Moly! is intended for players aged 13 and over. It does not collect personal data from anyone, and has no chat, no accounts and no advertising.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete your data. Because Hole-y Moly! keeps your data on your own headset, you can:

  • See your stars and best scores in the game
  • Remove everything by uninstalling the game or clearing its data
  • Ask us any question about your data at the address below

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above.
