1. Introduction

Picksy is a decision-making app. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to being transparent about how data is handled.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Information We Collect

Picksy requires no account and no sign-up. The decisions, options, criteria, and history you create are stored only on your device. The only data that ever leaves your device is:

  • Purchase History
    Used to activate and verify Picksy Pro, handled by our subscription provider, RevenueCat.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any of the decisions you make in the app.

3. How We Use Information

The purchase data described above is used only to:

  • Activate Picksy Pro after a purchase
  • Restore Picksy Pro on a new device when you request it

Picksy does not use data for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Picksy uses one third-party service:

  • RevenueCat
    Used to process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. RevenueCat processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Picksy does not currently use any advertising or analytics SDK.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • All decisions, options, criteria, and history are stored locally on your device only.
  • We do not operate a server or database that stores your decisions.
  • Uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently removes everything it stored.
  • Reasonable technical measures are used to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Picksy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access information related to your purchases, through your App Store account
  • Delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device
  • Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date.
