Privacy Policy for Visa Desk Simulator

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Introduction

Visa Desk Simulator is a virtual reality game for Meta Quest, made by Navid Mirzaaghazadeh (Nav Mirza Studio). You work at a Schengen visa window, checking passports and papers and deciding who travels.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Visa Desk Simulator handles, where it stays, and your rights as a user. In short: we do not collect, sell or share any personal information.

2. Information We Collect

None. Visa Desk Simulator has no account and sends nothing about you to us:

  • No name, email address, Meta user ID or other personal information.
  • No analytics, tracking, advertising or crash-reporting services.
  • No voice, camera, room, eye or body data. The game reads your controllers and hand positions only to let you play, on the headset, while you play.
  • No cookies.

3. Your Saved Game

  • The game saves your progress in its own storage on your headset: the next day to play, your rating for each day, your merit and rank, your in-game savings and family, what you have bought for your booth, what happened to the recurring characters, your best Daily Shift and Endless scores, and your settings (desk height, left-handed mode, sound and music volume, calling the next applicant automatically).
  • Your saved game is not sent to us, not shared with anyone and not used for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Meta Horizon Store
Visa Desk Simulator is a paid game sold through the Meta Horizon Store. Payment is handled entirely by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy; we never see your payment details. When it starts, the game asks the Store, through Meta's Platform SDK on your headset, whether your account owns it. Meta answers yes or no; the game receives no other information about you, and we never see it.

5. The People in the Game

Every applicant, bank, hotel, insurer and airline in the game is made up. Countries, currencies and visa rules are real; no real person's information is used.

6. Data Storage and Security

  • Your saved game is kept in the app's own storage on your headset.
  • We do not run a server that stores user data, so there is nothing of yours for us to hold or lose.
  • Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your headset's settings, removes your saved game.

7. Children's Privacy

Visa Desk Simulator is intended for players aged 13 and over. It does not collect personal data from anyone, and has no chat, no accounts and no advertising.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete your data. Because Visa Desk Simulator keeps your data on your own headset, you can:

  • See your progress, ratings and savings in the game
  • Start over from the game's settings, or remove everything by uninstalling the game or clearing its data
  • Ask us any question about your data at the address below; we answer within 30 days

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above.
