Refund policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked, done from your own orders page.
Last updated 1 Sept 2026
The short version
If an app is not what you hoped, ask for your money back within fourteen days of buying it. You do not have to explain why, and you will not be talked out of it.
How to do it
- Open your orders, pick the order, and choose Request a refund.
- The order is marked refunded and every licence from it is revoked immediately.
- Every licence key from that order is revoked, and the app stops working on the Macs it was activated on.
After fourteen days
The automatic route closes, but email [email protected] and explain. If an app is broken, or does not do what its page said it would, it will be refunded whatever the date.
Business and volume orders
Team licences of ten seats or more are refundable in full for thirty days, on the reasoning that it takes an organisation longer than a fortnight to decide whether something fits.
Things not covered
- Free apps — there is nothing to refund. Delete them and nothing happens.
- Repeated buy-and-refund on the same app. It is a refund policy, not a rental scheme.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces the rights you already have. Consumers in the UK and the EU have a statutory fourteen-day right to cancel distance purchases; if your local law gives you longer, your local law wins.
